1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
- The return request is initiated within the 14-day window
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, as applicable
Our products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or assembled furniture
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Clearance or final sale items (if labeled as such)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
